A major new residential community in the Sunshine Coast, Martins has been working closely with AVID Property Group to define the full vision of the flagship project, including community engagement and development strategies.

Martins identified local insights that shaped the brand persona, creating a highly relevant and unique launch campaign that resonated with the target audience, designed with the online world in mind.

To communicate the brand’s commitment to authenticity, we captured the essence of what makes living in the Sunshine Coast – through sound and vision, and composed a film and soundtrack that show how ‘It all come together in Harmony’. As brand guardians Martins also designed and managed the construction of Harmony’s state-of-the-art sales centre, which included the Sensoreal® touch screen and responsive video wall technology.

The brand campaign went on to win Best in Marketing Communications at the AMI National Awards 2017.
