In these challenging times of diminished consumer confidence, property developers are throwing all kinds of incentives at first home buyers. The Urban Pacific address of Westwood has always offered an extra features package.
In late January, Martins Integrated packaged the key benefits of the Westwood Advantage and the Government Grants. This saw the first home buyer offer stack up to $44,000. This was further supported by the proximity to the CBD and the value for money it represented.
The campaign employed strong cut through visual devices across television, press, outdoor, web, direct mail and was supported by radio.
The public reaction to this campaign has been phenomenal with Westwood selling out of available land.
